We use habanero peppers for their fruity flavor and to give Black Swamp Gourmet™ Barbeque Sauce just the right amount of heat. It's hot, but it's not "scary" hot. Use Black Swamp Gourmet™ Barbeque Sauce when you grill or saute' meats, seafood and vegetables. It's great as a dip, on sandwiches, or use it to put a new twist on a favorite recipe.
